Kansai International Airport's SOUTH LOUNGE (formerly Air Side Lounge) offers various amenities, refreshments, and great views of the airfield through its floor-to-ceiling windows.

A self-service buffet provides hot and cold food, including desserts. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available, including wine, beer, Japanese spirits, juice, tea, and coffee including decaf, though some premium alcoholic beverages may carry a separate charge. Beer is from an automatic self-pouring machine.

A business area with computers sits toward one end of the lounge, while areas for relaxing and dining are also available. The lounge also has showers and a smoking room, making it a practical stop before your departure from Osaka.

Most lounges offer Wi-Fi, food, drinks, and other amenities which vary by lounge, in a quiet environment away from the busy terminal. Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
