About this lounge

A calm, modern space to reset before you fly. Expect comfortable seating, fast Wi-Fi, TV zones and flight screens, with a buffet of hot and cold light bites that rotates through Middle Eastern and international staples. Non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary throughout—soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee. There’s a small business area with PCs, plus magazines and newspapers for an old-school unplug. Restrooms are inside the lounge; showers are not available.

House food and soft drinks are included with entry. Any premium or add-on services offered on the day—such as printing, fax/phone, or other business services—are payable in addition to lounge access. Complimentary luggage storage is available inside the lounge.

: On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

On the purchase page for a lounge, select a quantity of two or more passes. This will automatically display the companion pass discount option.

Complete your purchase, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the QR codes for both your full-price pass(es) and your discounted companion pass.
