The lounge sits at a corner of Gatwick's North Terminal airside, divided into several named zones β a library area, a TV and sports lounge, a dining area, and a bar zone β with a staffed central bar running through the middle. The buffet covers hot and cold options across the service period, with items such as hot dishes, fruit, and cold selections rotating through the day. Champagne is available from the bar at an extra charge, alongside house wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks.
The fit-out by Inside Out Architecture uses walnut lattice screens to separate the zones without closing them off, keeping the room open while giving each area its own character. Deep burgundy, dark walnut, and slate grey run through the palette, with a veined white marble bar top as the centrepiece. Windows along the corner position look out over taxiways and the apron, so aircraft are visible from seats near the glass. The library zone is reserved for guests aged 12 and over, making it a reliably quieter part of the room, and a private meeting room can be booked separately β something few contract lounges in the terminal provide.
