About this lounge

Open to departing passengers from Luxor's Domestic Terminal, this compact lounge sits airside on the ground floor, just past the final security checkpoint. The self-service buffet provides refreshments such as pastries, fruit, yogurt, and salads. All food is halal. Hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks available include tea, coffee, juices, soft drinks, and bottled water.

The lounge is decorated with dark timber veneer flooring, fabric-upholstered chairs, and a geometric patterned wall panel. A large window along one side brings in natural light and looks onto the terminal area. Charging stations and Wi-Fi are available.

Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Yes. Unaccompanied minors are not generally permitted to enter airport lounges. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
