Located near Gate 9 in Melbourne's international terminal, Plaza Premium Lounge offers a comfortable place to dine, work or rest before your flight.

Seating options include semi-private booths with charging outlets to hand, as well as a rest area with dim lighting. Magazines and fast Wi-Fi are available.

The buffet provides a wide food selection including salads, soup, desserts, and rotating hot dishes such as Hokkien mee noodles, curries with rice, pasta, spring rolls, chicken wings, and pizza.

A dedicated bar serves complimentary barista coffee, beer, basic sprits, and wine including sparkling wine. A range of other non-alcoholic drinks are also available. Top-shelf liquor attracts an extra charge of $5-10 AUD per drink, payable directly at the bar.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
