About this lounge

Changi Lounge at Jewel is a tranquil, living-room-style space with abundant power outlets, portable laptop tables and high-speed Wi-Fi.

This lounge is ideal for passengers checking in early for their flights, as well as those looking for a meal and a shower after arriving in Singapore.

Unlimited light snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks are available, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, pastries, sandwiches and fresh fruit. Freshly prepared hot meals such as laksa, chilli crab or a dim sum platter, and alcoholic beverages including Singaporean Brewerkz craft beer on tap, are available to order (subject to additional fee). 

Travelers can freshen up in well-equipped shower suites with linens and toiletries provided. For rest or work, there are tech-enabled nap pods and private meeting rooms that can be booked for an extra charge.

Due to refurbishment works of shower area, shower facilities will not be available from 01 August 2026 until end of November 2026. There may be some noise disruption during this period.

Yes, Changi Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport has shower facilities that are complimentary when you access the lounge using a LoungePair pass. Please note that showers are subject to availability.

You can generally enter Changi Lounge in Singapore any time on the day of your flight, within the lounge's opening hours, upon presentation of your boarding pass and lounge pass. After entering, you will be allowed to stay in the lounge for up to 3 hours. After this time, you will need to either leave the lounge or purchase a new lounge pass.

With each pass, you receive access to a specific airport lounge to work or relax in before your flight. Most lounges offer Wi-Fi, food, drinks, and other amenities which vary by lounge, in a quiet environment away from the busy terminal. Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Our passes are ideal for travelers who need ultimate flexibility. There's no need to select a date or time when you purchase. You can use your pass any time within its validity period (usually up to 6 months from the date of purchase). Plus, if you're unable to use it yourself, you can give it to someone else. Children under 2 years old can enter most lounges free of charge without a pass. Children aged 2 and over will usually require a full-price pass, unless otherwise specified in the lounge listing above. Yes. Unaccompanied minors are not generally permitted to enter airport lounges. A small number of lounges may also refuse entry to guests below the legal drinking age, even when traveling with a parent or guardian, due to local alcohol licensing laws. For groups of 9 or more, most lounges need advance notice so they can manage capacity on the day. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.

  2. Navigate to the lounge you wish to purchase.

  3. On the purchase page for a lounge, select a quantity of two or more passes. This will automatically display the companion pass discount option.
