Sitting airside in Shannon's Main Terminal near Gate 7, this mid-sized lounge is a practical stop before your flight. Food is self-service from a counter near reception, where you might find pastries, fruit, and light snacks alongside a coffee machine, teas, and self-serve fridges holding wine, spirits, and soft drinks.

The room is divided into two zones: armchairs and booth seating on one side, and a quieter rest area on the other with curved grey chaise lounges in a darkened space designed for sleep before departure. The overall feel is calm and business-leaning. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Shower facilities are also on offer, with signage directing guests on how to collect towels. For passengers on early transatlantic departures, the lounge sits directly on the way to the US pre-clearance zone.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
