Sky Lounge is a landside departure lounge at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, located on the first floor of the SkyPark Terminal before security. It is designed for passengers who want a quieter place to wait after check-in, with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, charging points, hot and cold food, snacks, soft drinks, flight information screens, and luggage storage.

The lounge is a strong option for passengers arriving early and wanting a fuller pre-flight lounge experience before entering the airside departure zone.

A boarding pass is not required to use this lounge, so it is also a popular venue for business meetings.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
