The lounge sits airside on the first floor of International Departures, reached by turning left after security. Self-service snacks and light cold items are available throughout the day, such as pastries or packaged bites, alongside non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks. The room is compact and calm, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing in natural light and views across the apron and surrounding greenery.

: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
