The central buffet island anchors the room, with seating arranged around it on both sides. Hot and cold buffet dishes draw from local Binh Dinh cuisine, alongside international options that might include vegetarian dishes, fresh fruit, cereal, and snacks. Beverages are self-service and include beer and non-alcoholic choices.
