A warm benvenuto to the newly renovated Marco Polo Club at Venice Airport. Whether you are looking to relax and unwind or work in style, the Marco Polo Club is here to indulge and assist. Savor delicious Italian cuisine, enjoy a cocktail or two, and refresh in the complimentary shower facilities.

This lounge is located after security in the Schengen departures area. Travelers departing on Non-Schengen flights can also use this lounge, but should allow extra time to clear passport control after leaving the lounge.

Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

You can use your pass any time within its validity period (usually up to 6 months from the date of purchase). Plus, if you're unable to use it yourself, you can give it to someone else. Yes. Unaccompanied minors are not generally permitted to enter airport lounges. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

Most airport lounge operators do not allow passengers to bring pets with them into the lounge, except for registered support animals (such as guide dogs). However, a small number of lounges that specifically designate themselves as being pet-friendly do allow pets and offer pet areas.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.

  1. Sign in to your LoungePair+ account.

  2. Navigate to the lounge you wish to purchase.

  3. On the purchase page for a lounge, select a quantity of two or more passes. This will automatically display the companion pass discount option.

  4. Select the companion pass discount option to apply the 50% discount to one of the passes.

  5. Complete your purchase, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the QR codes for both your full-price pass(es) and your discounted companion pass.
