LoungePair+ is a premium membership program offering enhanced flexibility, rewards, and other benefits including a complimentary annual lounge visit. A LoungePair+ membership is not required to purchase a lounge pass, but this may offer better value for frequent lounge visitors.
For every lounge pass that you purchase, you'll get a stamp towards a future lounge visit. After getting 10 stamps, you'll receive a credit worth the average amount of the previous 10 passes that you purchased (i.e. worth 10% of your total spend towards the 10 stamps).
FlexiPass makes lounge passes refundable, in the event you don't use the pass and request a refund within its validity period. When cancelling a FlexiPass, you can choose to retain the value towards future visits with a bonus 5% credit, or get a refund.
As a LoungePair+ member, you may be entitled to discounted companion passes during your membership. This exclusive benefit allows you to purchase a LoungePair Pass for a friend, family member, or colleague at a 50% discount. To use your companion discount:
Sign in to your LoungePair+ account.
Search for the lounge you wish to purchase.
On the purchase page for a lounge, select a quantity of two or more passes. This will automatically display the companion pass discount option.
Select the companion pass discount option to apply the 50% discount to one of the passes.
Complete your purchase, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the QR codes for both your full-price pass(es) and your discounted companion pass.
